ABOUT US

We are proud to celebrate our 20th Anniversary this 2010
season. The Carolina Eagles Track and Field Inc., was
established in 1990 by five dedicated parents who
committed to ensuring the sport of track and field was
accessible to all youth regardless of their socio-economic
background. Since it's inception we are proud to have
inspired other individuals and organizations to expand the
accessibility of the sport in the Wake County area.

When the organization was established there were only
two organizations in the Wake County area, currently that
number has grown to in excess of eight organizations
serving more than 500 youth annually. The organization
has established a reputation for impacting the lives of it's
participants on and off of the track through expanded
services including mentoring, community service and
nutrition awareness and character development.

Many of the original founders remains active with the
organization more than nineteen years after it's
establishment confirming our un wavered dedication and
commitment to youth development through the sport of
Track and Field.

We are extremely family oriented and welcome all youth
regardless of performance level or socio-economic status
with open arms. We hope to nurture our participants into
productive, respectful and astute youth.

The Carolina Eagles Track & Field Club is a 501(c)
Organization and member of USATF, the national
governing body for Track and Field.  All administration and
coaching is done on a volunteer basis without monetary
compensation. We dedicate our time to mentoring youth
through Track and Field  while striving to improve their
overall health as they grown into adolescents and adults.

However,  our mission does not stop there.  We have
expanded our role in the community and through
performance of community service events, educational
programs and tuition assistance grants for college bound
participants we are certain the tools and resources
obtained by our participants will ensure their success in
today's demanding and diverse world.

Don't miss out on an opportunity for your child to learn the
importance of fitness, health and education through our
fun and  interactive programs.
